You can cancel your account at any time.

Log into the Control Panel at https://secure.outsourceis.com of the hosting account you wish to cancel, navigate to the Account Cancellation Request submission system (bottom left naviation) and fill out the form. Your submission will be Data/Time stamped. Cancellations are processed within 48 business hours.
