How to access the web mail interface
The URL to access the customer web based email interface follows a convention, like the other mail related hostnames, based on the customer domain name. The webmail interface requires you to have cookies enabled in your browser.
Webmail URL: http://mail.YourHostedDomainName.com
(In this example replace "YourHostedDomainName.com" with your domain name.)
Login & Password
Once you get to the webmail login page you will enter the same name and password that you would use to access your email through your email client. NOTE: For the Name field you will use the entire email address, not just the username.
Attachments
The largest attachment that the webmail system can handle is 2MB.
Help within the interface
Once you are inside the webmail interface it is generally very userfriendly. If you do run into any specific problems you should consult the online help. You can access that by clicking on the help link at the top of the page.
