Dear Client,
Following the datacenter outage from yesterday, we received an email from our datacenter provider describing the cause of the outage.
"We received alarms reporting a DOS attack coming from Global Crossing and Sprint networks to our core router. Internet Operations was able to null route the IP address on our network. We also worked with both Sprint and Global Crossing to null route the destination IP address in their networks Traffic was stabilized at 1:05pm."
Again we apologize for the downtime...unfortunately this was out of our control.
