You can have up to 3 additional Windows users on each web hosting account. You can use these users for multiple purposes, password protection and ftp.
To set up an additional FTP user, follow the procedure below:
- Log onto the control panel at https://helm01.outsourceis.com and click on "My Domains".
- Click on your domain name
- Click on "FTP Accounts"
- Click Add
- Enter the username and password with the password confirmation
- Select the path you want to access
- Choose the permissions you want to assign to this FTP account
- Click "Save"
