First to create an Email account using Helm 4 at https://helm01.outsourceis.com, follow the steps below:
- Go to https://helm01.outsourceis.com
- Sign in using your username and password
- Click on Domains icon
- Click on your domain name
- Click on Email Accounts (POP3)
- Click on the Add Button
- Enter all the information about your new email account
- Click on Save
To Setup an email account as Catch All, Follow the steps below
- Go to https://helm01.outsourceis.com
- Sign in using your username and password
- Click on Domains icon
- Click on your domain name
- Click on Mail Aliases
- Click on the Add Button
- Enter the new email alias (for example catchall@youdomainname.com)
- In the box below, enter your primary email account _primaryadmin_@youdomainname.com
- Check the box “Set as catch all account”
- Click on Save
After doing this, all emails will be sent to the email catchall@youdomainname.com alias of your primary email account
