Access Server Console


Option 1: Web Access
- Open Internet Explorer (FireFox is not supported)
- Go to https://vc01.outsourceis.com/ui/
- At the certificate warning, please accept
- At the login screen, enter the username and password:
- On the right pane, expand the datacenter, the datacenter name, click on your VM
- Click on “Console”, on the top next to summary.
- You will prompted to install the VMware Console Plugin if it’s the first time you are accessing the vSphere web access
- Once you installed the plugin and restarted internet explorer, Go to https://vc01.outsourceis.com/ui/ and login again
- Go to the console and follow the instruction.
- You should now see the black screen.. The web console is now active

Option 2: vSphere Client Application
- Download the vSphere Client web application at https://vc01.outsourceis.com/client/VMware-viclient.exe
- Install it
- Open the application
- Enter the following: IP address / Name: vc01.outsourceis.com, username and password
- Click on ignore the certificate warning
- On the right pane, expand the datacenter, click on the datacenter name, click on the Tab “Virtual Machines”
- Right Click on you VM and choose “Open Console”
