Below are the guidelines on how to setting up Google Apps for your domain: -
1. Firstly you need to create your Google Apps account at their website. Below is the link for your reference:-

2. Secondly, you need to verify ownership. Download the HTML file from Google website and upload to the server via FTP.
3. Then Google will give you an email setup instructions to setup your MX records. Shall you are using WebServer DNS, you may provide us this entries and we shall assist you to update. Please send us an email to support@webserver.com.my.
4. Lastly is creating a subdomain for example 'webmail.yourdomain.com' to point Google website. Again you may provide the CNAME that Google give you and we shall assist you to add in the DNS accordingly.
