If you encounter any problems with the signup or if you do not receive your account information via email shortly after signup, please contact our sales department at support@oissite.com. It is best not to submit another order as there may be duplicate orders in our system. You will need to provide enough information so that we can track your signup, such as Confirmation ID, Name, Domain Name, signup date, and approximate time of order.
Also, there are instances when the credit card is declined by our credit card processor. Therefore, you may want to check with your credit card company to make sure that everything is okay with your credit card.
