You can cancel your web hosting account at any time.
Log into the Control Panel at https://secure.outsourceis.com of the hosting account you wish to cancel, navigate to the Account Cancellation Request submission system (bottom left navigation) and fill out the form. Your submission will be Date/Time stamped. Cancellations are processed within 48 business hours.
